I design cellular assays to uncover cellular health via autophagic flux, mitophagy, protein internalization and aggregation, molecular propagation, and more. Through imaging, co-culture, cytokine stress paradigms, and pharmacological inhibition, I dissect the pathways that drive disease pathology.
